Thrifters, donors, and bargain-hunters, lend us your ears . . . we have big news to announce! Vintage Thrift will once again be participating in Make Music New York, a city-wide music festival celebrating the first day of summer. On Thursday, June 21 (the longest day of the year), thousands of musicians will descend upon NYC parks and public spaces to bring you more than 1,000 free concerts across all five boroughs. Shows will begin as early as 10 AM and end as late as 10 PM.

Four amazing groups will take the stage sidewalk at Vintage Thrift, beginning with Philadelphia folk duo Jon & Cate Minus 8 at 1 PM. A performance by the ever-Ramblin' Andy (his second at Vintage!) will take place at 3 PM, followed by the sweet harmonies of one fiercely feminine jazz trio, the TrebleMakers at 5 PM. Rounding out the night is Lainey Berton, one half of  Country Mouse, City Mouse. Expect to hear pared-down versions of the group's richly-layered, folksy/country hits from 7 to 8 PM

Come for the concerts, but stay for the shopping!
